our Work
1. A R&D and Creative lab for people and orgs who want to use their wealth and power for good. We help them see the whole system around a problem before they change it, and hen we show them what they can back to make that change (and also prototype it or bring it to life for them).
2. Social venture building - whether your a company that wants to be more purposeful or a charity that wants to be more sustainable, we will build and bring the answer to life for you and with you. Sometimes that tech, sometimes it's not, and sometimes it's both.
3. Big bets - for those who want to back what 20 years down the line looks like, we are your partners. The biggest problems don’t respect disciplinary borders - we're able to see patterns that get missed by linear thinking. And because of our early research and mapping, we are able to look ahead way in advance (Trump, Musk, and so much more - we had it mapped years back).

our Team
Darshan SanghrajkaProduct management
Darshan graduated with a MA in Economics and Modern History from the University of St Andrews (and almost embarked on a PhD in anti-terrorism in the USA but the entrepreneurial world was too much of a draw), and has over 10 years of experience working in start-ups, branding, innovation, communications and digital. His passion is using all those skills to tackle real social and industry challenges. This led him to create Super Being Labs and build a team around this vision.
Over his career, he’s created campaigns, digital products and strategies for Adidas, Sanyo, the Commonwealth Foundation, the National Trust, the Technology Strategy Board, Forum for the Future and many more.
Through Super Being Labs, he has also founded Being ManKind.
Outside of work, Darshan is a Knowledge Equity Fellow at the Skoll Centre, University of Oxford, a non-exec at Sporting Memories (an org using sporting reminiscence to fight dementia and isolation for the elderly), as well as Chair for a small charity (STCA) in Kings Cross, and on the Ventures Advisory Board at UnLtd – the Foundation for social entrepreneurs.

be a Super Being
Are you someone who gets stuck in, putting the job title second and the collective mission first? Do you laugh way more than you worry? Are you ready for a challenge? Do you like people? Do you like mangoes? Are you able to question things? If you answered ‘yes’ to all of those questions, you can help us by becoming a super being. Join us by subscribing to our training programme or make a donation to help us bring our initiatives to life.
